Meatless Monday:
Blackened Black Bean Burgers (I will use a chia egg), Zucchini Fries, Salad
Tuesday:
Chicken Souvlaki (instead of the yogurt, I will make a dairy free buttermilk: 1 1/2 tsp. of fresh squeezed lemon juice plus enough unsweetened (So Delicious) coconut milk to make 1/4 cup; set aside until milk curdles, about 5 minutes) with Dairy-Free Tzatziki Sauce (recipe coming soon), Dairy-Free Greek Salad
Wednesday:
Grain-Free Crabcakes (I will use a chia “egg” and almond meal), Zucchini Fritters (I will use almond meal and omit the cheese altogether), Salad
Thursday:
Slowcooker Sweet Potatoes and Pesto Chicken Layered Dinner (I will omit the cheese altogether), Salad
Friday:
Green Goddess Chicken Salad (I will use Soy-Free Veganaise and omit the bread altogether)
Saturday:
Pistachio Mint Crusted Rack of Lamb, and Pistachio Mint Quinoa Salad

Where do you get your new soy free veganeise???? Whole foods doesn't carry it here and I'm having trouble getting them to order it!
