Heidi my son needs to follow a low sodium diet. At the tender age of 7, he has High Blood Pressure. So I know off the top of my head that Lunchables have about 900 mg of sodium in them. Its an eye popper the amount of sodium in things. Boar’s Head is my fave. Thanks for entering me in your contest.
