Wishing You A Very Merry Christmas

Ahhh, Beeker.  I could not have described the journey I’ve taken this past year any better myself.

I hereby rename the following video “Ode to a Glutadoodle’s Introduction to Multiple Food Allergies.”

Or maybe an even better name would be “Spontaneous Glutadoodle Combustion.” eek

Before I sign off for a few days to enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation with my family, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every one of my fantastic readers.

Thank you for all of your support as I have begun the transition to being a gluten-free, dairy/casein-free, dye-free, egg-free and corn-free mom.  I would not have fared nearly as well without you sharing your brilliant ideas with me.

More importantly though, thank you for your friendship.  As we all know on some level or another, this can be an exhausting and isolating lifestyle at times and no one can understand the same way a fellow comrade on a specialized diet can understand.  Just knowing you are out there somewhere, experiencing similar situations as we do, is very comforting to me because I know I am no longer alone on this journey.  You give me strength just when I need it most and I carry all of you in my heart each and everyday. 😀

  1. Thank you Heidi and thank Beeker for me; I feel that way every time I go into my kitchen! Happiest of everything to you and your family and thank you for being there for me and for all of us.

    • Laurel,

Ah yes, every time I enter the kitchen, I have a GREAT time with my 4 <del datetime="2010-12-26T04:47:21+00:00">personalities</del>, er…friends: Swedish Chef, Beaker, Animal and the Glutadoodle Goldfish Lady!

I definitely think the gluten cross contaminations are going straight to my head, LOL!

Merry Christmas to you and yours, I hope you had a FANTASTIC day!

  2. Merry Christmas to you Heidi and your family as well. Be blessed this new year too. =0) Thanks for every thing YOU DO TOO! ♥

  3. Love and hugs, dear friend — enjoy your Christmas!

    P.S. Love that Beeker 😉

  4. Love the Beaker! I love even more that my kids know who he is & makes them laugh too 🙂 Merry Christmas to you and yours–Thanks again for all you are doing! Blessings, Samantha

  5. Merry Christmas to your family. I am so glad to have found your blog – it really makes a difference in my family's life.

  6. Merry Christmas Heidi, to you and your family!!!!

  7. R&R sounds awfully good … now please do it, my dear! 😉 Sending you the best Christmas wishes plus lots of love!

  8. I love Beeker! He's always been one of my favorites. We have the Muppet DVDs and Fraggle Rock is on Netflix, so that might be the next thing that Max gets to watch. We are really picky about what he watches.

Wishing you and your "boys" a very happy holiday.

    Tia 😛
