Smoked Salmon with Lemon-Caper Sauce (I’ll use my smoker and just season the salmon with salt and pepper, no sugar), Grilled Summer Squash, Green Salad
Chicken on a Stick (I’m going to make the marinade in my Vitamix using coconut oil instead of canola, Braggs Liquid Aminos instead of the soy sauce – use Coconut Aminos for soy allergies - and 2 soaked whole dates instead of the honey), Green Salad and Grilled Pineapple Sticks.

Bacon, Mayo and Tomato Sandwiches (sans the bread for me: think garden fresh beefsteak tomato slices with crumbled bacon and a mayo dressing….I’ll be sure to take a photo, it’s really quite delicious!), Oven Baked French Fries with Corn-Free Ketchup
