Menu Plan – Week of October 3

Can you believe it’s already October?  Seriously, where did the time go?

I’ve always heard people say that the older you get, the faster time flies by.  Is that physical age or mental age?  Because I’ve been trying very hard to stay 16 mentally (I’ve recently added hot pink to my repertoire of hair colors) and it doesn’t appear to be slowing time down one bit!  (Although, I think a teenager winked at me the other day…either that, or my fluorescent pink hair hurt his eye).  :-D

 

Monday: Grilled Chicken, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Fingerling Potato Surprise and Salad

Tuesday: Flank Steak with Caramelized Onions and Balsamic Glaze, Roasted Autumn Vegetables and Cinnamon Apples

Wednesday: Chicken and *Grain-Free* Dumplings (recipe to come)

Thursday: Grilled Sea Bass, Roasted Green Beans and Salad

Friday: Sweet Potatoes with Cajun Chicken and Green Tomato Salsa

Saturday: Peppery Pork Stew and Baked Apples

Sunday: Lamb Meatballs with Pine Nuts, Steamed Broccoli with Lemon Pepper and Salad
