I recently received some thrilling news that I am very excited to be sharing with you today. And I do mean thrilling! A couple of days ago, I received an email from Hilary over at So Delicious Dairy-Free, with a few details of their brand new products slated for 2011. I just about fell off my chair when Hilary mentioned that So Delicious will be launching a dairy-free, soy-free and certified gluten-free…Greek Yogurt!!! I am most exicted for the new no sugar added frozen deserts! My gluten free diary free diet has been a constant struggle when trying to balance it with my mother's new "no sugar low fat" diet after gasteric bipass surgery. We finally found milk we can share thanks to So Delicious and now we have deserts! Can't wait!
Definitely the Greek yogurt is the most exciting to me especially as I find the regular coconut yogurt and little too liquidy.

I am looking very forward to the no sugar added so deliciouus coconut milk frozen desserts. All too often, gluten free products are very high in sugar content. While most people aren't allergic to sugar, it is not healthy for our bodies. Coudos to So Delicious for recognizing this!!

I’d have to say I’m most excited about the mint chocolate drink that’s coming out…but that nog sounds good too. But since i’m a mint chocolate nut…the drink would be top of my list. Not only did I like so delicious, and adventures of a gluten free mom on Facebook, but I have spread the word to everyone that has been helping us with my 2 year old newly gf/cf diet. We have been adapting to the diet ourselves and are also changing our diet to follow his. I discovered so delicious last week and I was soo excited just to be able to give my son yogurt again, that he LOVED btw. I am excited about it all, but being able to give him a dessert option that he will love mKes me want to cry! Thanks for this!

I am SO excited by the yogurt and can NOT wait for the GF nog! I used to love egg nog and now with being dairy free and GF it is out of the question.
So hard to choose!!!! I will go with the Greek Yogurt though. I really miss yogurt – and had just discovered Greek yogurts around the time I realized I needed to go dairy free!
Do the So Delicious greek yogurts have added sugar in them?? I hope not!
