2010 Celiac and Gluten Sensitivity Forum DVD

I recently received a complimentary copy of the 2010 Celiac and Gluten Sensitivity Forum DVD from Dr. Vikki Petersen and it had such a profound impact on me that I simply must tell you about it.

In this video, four renowned experts (Cynthia Kupper, R.D., founder of the Gluten Intolerance Group, Dr. Rodney Ford, M.D., F.R.A.C.P., Professor of Pediatrics, Dr. Vikki Petersen, D.C., C.C.N., Co-Author of the book “The Gluten Effect” and Dr. Thomas O’Bryan, D.C., C.C.N., Internationally recognized speaker & workshop leader) share not only their expertise, but the most current medical research in celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, including mentions of:

  • Autoimmune disease (including Graves’ and Hashimotos thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes mellitus, and multiple sclerosis)
  • T-Cell Allergies (non-IgE mediated or delayed food allergies)
  • Eosinophilic Esophagitis
  • Skin Diseases (such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis herpetiformis)
  • Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (such as IBS, ulcerative colitis and crohn’s)
  • Increased Intestinal Permeability or Leaky Gut Syndrome
  • Neurological Disorders (ataxia, neuropathies, developmental delays, learning disorders, headaches, migraine, Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia, ADD/ADHD, epilepsy and depression)
  • Adrenal Gland Disorders (including sex hormone deficiencies and imbalances)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Reproductive Health

Without a doubt, this is THE video that I wish were available when I was diagnosed with celiac disease almost 6 years ago.

As much medical research as I read on a daily basis, there is a lot of information on this 4 hour DVD that simply astounded me.  I cannot encourage you enough to buy a copy and share it with your family and friends.

  • Have you been diagnosed with celiac disease, are on a strict gluten-free diet but continue to have ongoing health issues, such as the development of more autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, etc.?  GET THIS VIDEO.
  • Have you tried a strict gluten-free diet without an “official” diagnosis and recognize that you feel better without it, but wonder if it’s “just in your head?”  GET THIS VIDEO.
  • Have you ever had a routine physical that came back with “mildly elevated liver enzymes” and your doctor simply said, “we’ll just watch those numbers?” GET THIS VIDEO.
  • Were you diagnosed with celiac disease and told by your doctor that outside of going gluten-free, the only other thing you might need to do is take Lactaid in order to help you digest dairy while your villi heal? GET THIS VIDEO.

To quote Dr. Tom O’Bryan from his lecture (bold emphasis added):

100% of celiac patients still have increased intestinal permeability (a leaky gut) after a year on the gluten-free diet.  The villi will grow back on the gluten-free diet, but it will not heal the gut.  Increased Intestinal Permeability is one of the mechanisms for the development of autoimmune disease; you need the genetics, an environmental trigger and a leaky gut.”

I could go on and on but if I do, I will miss my plane to California to see Dr. Vikki Petersen and her team at HealthNOW Medical Center…they are going to help me and my family address an issue that should have been done years ago, healing our intestines so we can move forward with our lives and enjoy all the benefits of good health.

Before I go though, I am going to put my money where my mouth is!

  1. Why would I like a copy of that marvelous DVD? Because every single one of those facts apply to me and my Doctor has no clue. I want him to see this. I want to see this and follow-up on each and every tip they give. I want to get out of this bed and sweep the floor. Geez, why don't I want a copy of that DVD?

The VERY best of luck on your new journey. I'm going to love watching you and your family get healthier (even if virtually). It is so uplifting to see good things happen to good people. Oh and enjoy all that raw and organic food while you're sight seeing. It'll be a break from hotel room cookery me thinks.

    God Bless.

  2. I would love to get a copy so I can learn more about Celiac. I am getting tested for it officially in a couple of weeks. I have done some preliminary research, but am always looking to learn more!

  3. Rachael Niles says

Why would I like to receive a copy of this awesome DVD? Well for starters I need to learn more myself. I was diagnosed about 2 months ago and I'm still learning about this celiac disease thing. I also would like to use it as a tool to educate my friends and family about the disease. I believe my Mother and Brother have this but have been misdiagnosed and also received a false negative blood test because of how they test for gluten sensitivity. If more people were educated on the disease, maybe we wouldn't have so many problems as we would be eating the proper diet.

I will be sure to like all of the facebook pages you mentioned. Thanks.

Have a safe and happy trip!

  4. Why would I love this DVD? My daughter and her children who live with us, along with myself are all suffering from some of the items listed. We keep trying to "do the right thing" with our eating, but need more info and help.

  5. Rachel Ritter says

I would LOVE a copy of the DVD!

I have been recently diagnosed…and I'm still rather confused. I would love the help and love the inspiration to know whats going on in my body as well as what I can do to get WELL! I have four kids (four years old and younger) and chasing them around and taking care of them means I often forget to take care of myself. In the past, I was so bad about forgetting to eat a healthy lunch- now eating lunch is a big deal (or else I don't get to). This video sounds as thought it could be very educational for me and helpful, even for my family, as I have a child on with ADHD and Aspergers.

  6. I would like a copy of that video because I'm still trying to figure out what's wrong with my GI system and the doctors around here won't listen so I've been going it on my own on a gf/cf diet (with the great support I find online).

  7. I ‘Like’ Dr. Vikki Petersen/HealthNOW Medical Center on Facebook

  8. I ‘Like’ Dr. Rodney Ford on Facebook.

  9. I "Joined" (there's not an option to ‘Like’) Gluten Free Planet on Facebook.

  10. I "like" GIG of North America on Facebook.

  11. I ‘Like’ Adventures of a Gluten Free Mom on Facebook

  12. Hehehehe, I agree with you….everyone should have a copy of this! In our house, with 2 celiacs, 1 gluten intolerant, eosinophilic gastroenteritis, mult. food intolerances, and hashimoto's……it would be wonderful to get more insight into this crazy world we navigate with food choices. I seriously love reading your posts and following your journey! Thank you Heidi!!!

  13. I would love to have a copy because I was mis-diagnosed for more than 50 years, so I also have Gluten Ataxia and a number of other gluten-related problems besides Celiad Disease. One of my sisters was recently diagnosed and one of my daughters has Fibromyalgia – her husband has Grave's. There is so much misinformation out there (eat gluten-free and you will be fine and dandy in a couple of weeks, etc.) and I truly appreciate all of the hard work and research that is being done.

  14. I am a fan on FB of Rodney Ford-or a friend? Not sure!

  15. Fan of you on FB

  16. I have been diagnosed for slmost a year. My three sons (ages 6, 5 and 1) are all doing much better but there is room for improvement. I am in the very SLOW process of writing a book with my doctor, so this would be great for research purposes too. Thanks!

  17. It seems like absolutely vital information!

  18. Sounds interesting…. I'd love to see more!

  19. I am always looking to increase my knowledge of celiac disease and gluten intolerances. I haven't had the energy and 'nads to pursue an official diagnosis from the western medical community so I am always on the lookout to self educate. Thank you for your generosity.

  20. I follow you on FB.

  21. I soooooo want this video. I've had the page up on my computer for a week because I want it so bad, but money has been really tight since we moved across country and have to pay 2 mortgages until our house sells.

I've been dxed with Fibromyalgia and feel awful 2/3rds of my life. My son has FINALLY been dxed with Celiac and has speech apraxia with severely delayed speech articulation and I suspect my daughter has ADD. I NEED this video. Thank you soooo much.

  22. I was diagnosed a year ago with Graves disease and in the past 3 months have been on a gluten free diary free anti-inflammatory diet which to say the least is VERY challenging. I've been to a panel of physicians and done all types of blood work to alleviate the symptoms and root cause if this condition. I do my best to educate myself whenever possible about eating a gluten free diet and the effects have been gradual but progressive. I hope to win the DVD so I can better understand the impact to my body, hear from subject matter experts and hopefully attain new knowledge about auto-immune diseases. Thanks for offering this giveaway.

  23. Why I NEED a copy of this DVD….We are dealing with many of the issues you mentioned were included on the DVD including Fibromylagia, Neuropathies, Neurological issues, other autoimmune illnesses, Non IgE food allergies, and Eosinophilic Esophagitis. In the next couple of weeks my 8 year old will have a G tube placed so that she can begin receiving elemental formula for her EE diagnosis. My 10 year old and I are dealing with NCGS and possible EE as well. We need help all the help we can get!

  38. I was diagnosed almost a year ago with gluten sensitivity and as much as I've been reading, there's still so much more it seems to learn. Plus, I would like to see a couple of my family members get tested. Maybe something like this might make them consider the possibility that gluten is the source of their health problems.

I would like a copy of the DVD because I'm sick of my family being sick all the time and I'm sure it all relates to our diet.

  46. I'd like a copy because 2 of my 3 kidos are gluten intolerant and while I did not test positive I feel better gf.

  47. I don't have twitter, so I liked healthNOW medical center on facebook.

  48. I have been diagnosed with PDD-NOS and cannot eat wheat or dairy. Doctors wanted to put me on medication that caused 150pound weight gain, but tried Gluten and Casein free first, and feel a gazillion times better. I am able to function and be in society, and did NOT go on any meds.

  49. I also liked Dr Rodney Ford on facebook. 🙂

  50. I find it very interesting how sensitive I am to even TOUCHING it. This is a learning process. I have obvious behavioral differences…the last infraction included doing DISHES. can you believe that?

also once I had a reaction after sweeping up spilled dog food. When I read the bag it said "crushed wheat".

  51. I didn't see a way to "like" gluten free planet on facebook, but I did see something to "join" so I did that! it looks like a great facebook page!

  52. just liked gluten intolerance group of north america. hooray!

  53. I had bloodwork done, and was told thyroid levels were off, and to see a specialist (endocrinologist)…but endocrinologist refused to see me, said to wait 6 months and we would just watch it. WTF??? what doctor REFUSES to see patients that want to come in??? after 6 months they said levels are normal now, so never mind. again, WTF????? so what if in 6 months again its a weird reading again. I have no concrete answers. that always freaked me out, and I still have no real answers…only that I opted to not eat wheat and dairy and feel a million times better. no thanks to you, doc. 🙁

  54. I already like "adventures of a gluten free mom" on facebook from the last contest. does that count? 🙂

  55. I would love to win this video to educate myself more about the different effects of celiac. I have recently begun to develop rashes on my body so I wonder if I am developing the other effects of celiac.

  56. I would love the opportunity to learn about gluten allergies from experts! I am the only person in my family that has a gluten allergy and have been learning on my own. This DVD would be a HUGE help

  57. I would love a copy of that DVD because my entire extended family suffers from celiac with varying symptoms plus IBS or other autoimmune diseases. My mother in law, my husband ,2 of my 3 sister-in-laws, one of my two children and all of my 5 nieces and nephews. This sounds like a great dvd full of lots of information that could be so helpful to all of us. Most of them have heard a doctor say we will watch it or you seem to be more educated on this subject than I am…how frustrating.

  58. Are you staying in Sunnyvale or will you be up in S.F?

I liked all 3 experts on Twitter. Video looks really interesting! Thanks for sharing.

    Good luck!

  59. I would really value the opportunity to have this dvd, as since being diagnosed with Celiac almost four years ago, things still have not been quite right with my digestion, and I've continued to have some symptoms, although I have been 100% gluten free since then. It's so difficult to try to explain to my friends and family that yes, I'm eating the gluten-free diet, I've cut out all dairy, and every so often I have several of the symptoms that I grew up with that lead me to ask my doctor to test me for Celiac in the first place. I think it is wonderful and awesome that this dvd has been put together! Finally it feels like we have a louder voice!

    Thanks!

  60. I follow your blog and Facebook and so far I have learnt a lot through the tons of information you collect and post. I am very thankful to the fabulous job you do of sharing information. I would love to have this DVD because I am sure I still have a lot to learn and educate myself in many areas that celiacs have to face, particularly when a 8 year old will not really tell everything he feels.

  61. Autoimmune runs rampant in my family and it seems to be compounding. I have Hashimoto's and was diagnosed last year with CFS, Celiac, and my adrenals are bottomed out. My dd18 has type one diabetes and was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and Reynauds Phenom. I'm starting to lose track of what's going on and what to do. This video looks like it would fill in all those unanswered questions going in my head and give me more information than I thought I needed but do. I'm more convinced than ever of the importance of being your own advocate when going to the doctor.

  62. elizabeth kohnen says

I am interested in this DVD because right after I was diagnosed, I lost my health insurance (nothing to do with the diagnosis) and have had no medical support of any kind since. It's been 5 years and I am experiencing other health problems and am interested in any information that might help me. Also, if I don't win one, I'd like to know how I can get a copy of it.

  63. I'd love to own this dvd to help myself, my family, and others learn more and live healthier lives. I have celiac, my husband is gluten sensitive, we both have food allergies, my niece has been diagnosed celiac, and my great nieces very probably will be also.

  72. I would love to have this for my daughter. She is a celiac, but it seems other issues are now cropping up. We would love to know more! Thanks for the opportunity!

  73. I would love to win this video to help me take care of my 8 yr. old son. He was just diagnosed Nov. 2010 with diabetes and Dec. 2010 with celiac disease. I have hashimoto’s thyroid disease. Having two other children puts them at a higher risk of getting an autoimmune disease as well. I want to be as informed as I can be to protect my family. Thank you so much for this opportunity!

  74. My Aunt(celiac), Mother (crohns-diverticulitis), cousin(celiac), myself and my two sons are gluten free and dairy free and we are in a very remote area and are trying to get specifically tested for celiac. Would LOVE to have a copy of this DVD to be more enlightened!!! Thank you!!!!

    Mary

  75. I would really love this DVD because one of my daughters was diagnosised with Celiac Disease 4 years ago. We realized then that my grandma probably had it (which at one point, one Dr. said she had Spruces, but did nothing for her). I believe I have Celiac Disease, and probably my other daughter too, but our symptoms are so different than my first daughter who was diagnosised. She is very thin and could not gain any weight and I’m totally opposite, very overweight with thyroid problems (that medication doesn’t seem to help, so I quite taking it), always VERY tired, stiff joints, dairy sensitive, horrible headaches and the list goes on for me. My youngest daughter has average weight, but horrible headaches almost daily (that the drs. have said is stress related, but we don’t see the stress) and very ADHD (which I do not have her on medication for). I don’t even go to the Dr. anymore, because it seems like a waste of time! I’d love to hear what this DVD has to say, but can’t get it myself because my husband is disabled and we’re on a very low income level and now that my daughter with Celiac is turning 18 are income is going down again because SSD doesn’t pay for her anymore. Although she’s still in high school until June and as you know her food is very expensive. I’d love a DVD 🙂

  76. Our whole family has some form of gluten insensitivity (ranging from ADHD in my youngest son, my youngest daughter may have Celiac, my oldest son has eczema, and I am actually awaiting test results for Celiac Disease. I already have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis & Hypoglycemia) I cannot write eloquent words like everyone else, but I think our family can benefit from this AND I promise to either donate the DVD or pass it onto my family relation a generation before me so they can be educated on this because I know they have gluten insensitivity as well and they do not know it (I have 1 aunt with Fibromyalgia, 1 aunt with Chrohn's, a cousin with seizures who belongs to the aunt with Fibro and a mom with hypothyroid)

  77. i would love a copy of this DVD because i self-diagnosed myself since my docor thought i was just anorexic and had heartburn, completely ignoring every other thing that was wrong with me. i would also love a copy of this dvd because my stepdad does not understand celiac disease/gluten intolerant, and because now i am having issues with caesin, corn, eggs, and soy(i really don't understand why i can't have eggs). the DVD would be very helpful with this new diet- i might buy it anyways, you completely convinced me! 🙂

  78. Charlene Ormonde says

Why I would like a copy of the DVD? I have had health problems for years. My doctors tell me its stress or anxiety and when I would suggest being tested for celiac or gluten intolerance they would all say I don't fit the profile. I finally decided I had too many symptoms to just continue to ignore or explain away. So, I put myself on a gluten free diet 3 weeks ago tomorrow. I feel SO much better, though I am still struggling through understanding this all on my own. I would love to have more information at my fingertips. Thank you for the chance to enter.

  79. Pam Hernandez says

I would LOVE to win this DVD to be able to educate myself, family and our familily Physician. My 5 yr old came down with horrible stomach pains, experienced no growth and could no longer eat. So I omitted as much gluten as I can and most of his tummy pain is gone (unless he's been contamineated with gluten) and has started to grow!!! I need this video…please!!!

  80. I foolishly commented on FB when I should have commented here. Rather than repeat my FB post, I will just say that my dear husband got on my very last nerve this morning and I think he very much needs to see this video to hear about the nasty effects of gluten from a team of professionals – it doesn't matter if I repeat the information to him word-for-word, he needs to hear it from "smart" people…grrr…so, that said, go random-number-generator, PLEASE??? 😉

  81. My son and I have been on a gluten/dairy free diet for 2 years now and we have really benefited in countless ways… I ended a life time of pain, discomfort, mysterious symptoms, reproductive problems and he is pain free, thinks more clearly, improved focus and energy. The reason we would love the free video is despite our improvement we have numerous close family members who need to watch this video. They suffer from a myriad of health problems (from anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, gastrointestinal issues, skin problems, etc.) but they refuse to consider gluten as a possible cause and believe it only affects my son and I despite the strong genetic connection! As much as I have tried to educate them, I believe they would be more likely to open their eyes to better health by watching this video!

  82. My family, both immediate and extended, have been diagnosed with autoimmune diseases. Even though my sister went gluten free about a year ago, I did not see the benefit in starting my family on a gluten free diet since I was the only one with an issue. I had never heard from any of my doctors that a GF diet would help my fybromyalgia. My youngest daughter (now 2) started to have some IBS symptoms when we introduced her to solid foods. None of her doctors seemed concerned until I demanded that they send me to a specialist. The GI doctor we saw did not help us at all. He just ordered a panel of blood tests. All the tests came back negative, so I did my best to help her by feeding her a better diet. After almost a year of struggling with the same issue. I did my own research and found out that she could be gluten intolerant. It would never have shown up on a blood test (especially on a 1 year old). We have begun the transition into GF living and are enjoying the benefits. It would help not just my husband and I with our family, but also my sister's family and my parents to have this DVD to better inform us! Thanks for the awesome giveaway!

  83. I liked you on Facebook!

  84. I also like Gluten Intolerance Group of North America on Facebook.

  85. I don't need to win, because I was there! I just wanted to say that I agree it was so profound and life changing for my family! I left the conference a patient of HealthNow. I just kept thinking of what Dr. O'bryan said.."You have to heal the gut. You have to heal the gut!" I can still see hime walking the stage saying that over and over. Have a great trip Heidi! I will be there on Wed. of this week!

    • Hey Tai!

"Heal the gut," "Heal the Gut," Yep…I've adopted that as my new mantra, LOL!

So you are going to be there Wednesday? We might be there too, depending if they need to see us again. It would be so cool to run into each other!!!

      xo,
      Heidi

  86. I would treasure a copy. My dd is anaphylaix to gluten, dairy and nuts. I recently tried the gf diet myself and am having fewer and fewer migraines. Not any in the last 4 weeks!! Trying to convince dh to go gf with us. I need help. Thank you for your blog and for doing this.

From Adventures of a Gluten Free Mom

  87. I have suffered terribly over the past 4 years. I moved from Florida to South Dakota in 2006 and in 2007, it hit. I got really weird skin rashes that no doctor nor dermatologist could figure out … and still haven't. All blood work I've ever had has been normal, yet I continue to suffer. So, a couple months ago, I took it upon myself to get DNA tested for Celiac. While my DNA test was negative for Celiac, I was double-positive for Gluten Intolerance. So, after much experimenting, I have decided that I cannot eat Gluten, and that the skin rashes are some form of either Eczema or Psoriasis. I tried a radical approach to the skin, after having to use topical steroids for years, of tanning bed sessions. After using the tanning bed now for about a month at 6 minute sessions, I finally have relief! I will increase my time, but can get along and function now without the steroids. So, I'm going to conclude that I do have a BAD gluten intolerance and it caused my skin rashes and probably lots of other problems. I feel like I'm getting close, possibly, to getting healed up.

  93. Hopefully this DVD would answer a lot of questions for us. My 11yr daughter was diagnosed 14 mo ago w/ Celiac. Even after strictly following the diet, including taking everyone in the house Gluten Free, a year later the damage in my daughter's stomach is WORSE. After two endoscopies w/ biopsies, they tell us her body's producing too many T cells which are now producing a cell killing chemical, causing precancerous lymph nodes and she risks Lymphoma. They're hoping radiation therapy will help. We're devastated that we could do everything right, be very proactive, and yet Celiac Disease seems to have the upper hand.

    • Hi Nicole, Very sorry to hear about your daughter's continuing issues! Maybe her doctor has already ran the tests, but just in case I'm going to ask if she's been tested for intolerance or allergies to corn, dairy (casein), soy, egg, and nuts? If those extra issues are also present, the gut can't get settled enough to absorb the nutrients it needs to heal itself and the rest of the body. And sometimes when people first begin eating gluten-free, they eat even more corn, soy, and nuts in the "replacements" for gluten-containing food.

I know for myself and my niece, we had to make sure those things weren't present in our body products either. My hair continued to fall out until my shampoo was gluten free and my niece continued having stomach pain until she stopped using a lotion that had soy in it.

Good luck and I hope you find an answer soon! 🙂

  94. I would like to get a copy of this book, because knowledge sometimes is the best way to find out things you did not know.

I would love a free copy because of limited funds I think the info contained would help me to spend my money more wisely in ways that are helpful for my whole family, be it certain foods or supplements etc…

As opposed to the expensive trial and error method. Took me forever to realize that I have a sensitivity to sorghum products and not the xanthan gum! Thanks!

  105. This DVD sounds great! Currently dealing with lots of autoimmune stuff. Diagnosed with Celiac in 2003.

  106. I would like this DVD, because my 3 year old and I found out we had a gluten intolerance two years ago. Going gf has completely changed our lives, but we are started having problems with dairy soon after, and still deal with the feeling of being glutened occasionally, even when we have not eaten gluten! I really need to get re-informed about the new research and information concerning gluten intolerance and celiac, but with it's so much coming out everyday, it's hard to keep up while tending to a very active toddler. Thanks for the opportunity!

  107. I would love this video. My daughter was diagnosed with celiac after she had been battling JRA. GF diet has kept her JRA under control but I do wonder if she has had complete healing of her gut. Add to that a history of autoimmune disorders in the family and we are probably a walking target for something else in the future. I need this video!

  108. Woah!!!! I am lost and trying to find the answers. Two years of gf with a still unclear diagnosis and wishing for answers. I would love to be in your pocket (better yet, a member of your family) right now in Sunnyville. Looking forward to learning more and hoping to connect directly when you return – I am in Santa Fe and hope to meet you soon. You have inspired me to try to find better information and answers. Thanks!!!

  109. I would really like a copy of the DVD because I know I have severe Leaky Gut Syndrome (my list of food intolerences is really long). I've researched and am doing everything I can, but it would be nice to know if there's anything else I can do to continue to improve my health.

  110. I follow you on FB:)

  111. It would be awesome to win this video! My family is fairly recent to gluten free, but there are still a number of additional health concerns. I hope this video would help to answer some questions!

  112. I would love this DVD to learn more about leaky gut, because I have suspected for a while that my son, despite being on a very strict GF diet, continues to have symptoms here and there (especially fatigue type stuff) because something's still just not quite right in his gut. If I don't win a copy, I'm going to buy one for sure! 🙂

  113. Thank you for the chance to win the DVD. I've cut gluten out of my diet without an official diagnosis and I feel so much better. I'm working on teaching my family as cross contamination is a big fear of mine. Thank you.

  114. I like to read and learn everything that I can about Celiac Disease and everything that comes along with it. I'm still learning 6 years after my diagnosis. I would love to have the DVD. Thanks for the opportunity to win.

  115. I would love to have a copy of this DVD, not only for me but to share with my gf sister. We both have autoimmune issues and I think this DVD could really be helpful to us to get our issues under control.

  118. My husband and I have been trying to figure out some issues he's having with circulation in his legs and some breast pain he's been having. Celiac runs in his family but he refuses to admit that he should go on a gluten free diet. It is hard for me to want to cook gluten free when I don't have any gluten intolerance and my husband doesn't seem to care but I'm at my whit's end. I need to change OUR lives and figure out how to cook gluten free for my husband's sake. Plus, we're having our first baby in July and I'm worried that our child my have celiac as well so I might as well get prepared. Anyway, I would really LOVE a copy of this dvd.

  119. My wife and children have lots of gluten issues and our family could really use the information in this video.

  125. I would love to win a copy of this dvd. I was just diagnosed after being urged to get tested from a dear friend who knew I had suffered with thyroid disease and unexplained infertility. I am still learning all there is to know about living GF. I have several friends who have CD and I suspect my mother and 3 year old does too. I feel like the information could be very helpful to so many of us. In addition, like so many others, my doctors pretty much ignored my years of tummy troubles and random health issues. When I alerted my fertility doctor regarding the relationship between gluten intolerance and infertility, I was pretty much ignored. I have been experiencing the extreme lack of knowledge among many doctors who should know more – even docs in the GI field. Perhaps I could share this dvd with them or urge them to buy a copy as well for help in educating themselves. That, along with my news that I am no longer "infertile", as I have gotten pregnant naturally after only two months of being gluten free and after many many months of failed fertility treatments is sure to open their eyes!

  126. Thank you for all your extra efforts in sharing your posting and education. This morning I am watching the DVD, very informative.

Exciting, to hear what is being shared and researched and supported by reputable physicians.
