That sounds lovely. My parent's house is between me and Vermont. I would have no choice but to drop the kids off for a visit with their grandparents and carry on for a lovely weekend away.
Wow! This sounds awesome. I think we should meet there : ) Seriously though, we could do this sort of thing for the conference idea. I'd love to relax and retreat totally gluten-free!
Maggie,
I think that is a great idea! We should definitely look into something like that wherever we decide to do it. Vermont would be perfect in the Autumn!! 🙂
This sounds amazing!! Are you going to this? I am very tempted to go! A getaway like this would do wonders for my soul ;0)
After a crazy "end of school year" and packing my daughter for a full summer at sleep-away camp, I *NEED* something for ME!!!! I *LOVE* to eat but *HATE* to cook… NOT a good combination if you are GF!! It will be *HEAVEN* to go eat food prepared by someone else, eaten in beautiful surroundings in the company of people who really UNDERSTAND the experience (both of living GF and of taking a GF VACATION!!)
Sue,
You go Girl!! Just wish I could join ya! 😀
