I was very excited to find a couple of things while at Costco the other day. Last summer, I found some Fruit Roll-Ups called Simply Fruit at Target, and bought a box. I was bummed when I went back for more and could not find them… anywhere! I was starting to think I had imagined the whole thing because I could not even find them online!
Well, as I was approaching the checkout line at Costco, I looked up and there they were!
No artificial colors!! Yea!

By the way, Kim over at Gluten-Free Is Life made a post of a Betty Crocker Gluten-Free Dessert Mix sale going on at Amazon.com. Click here to check out Kim’s post. The sale prices are valid until February, 28, 2010. I am going to stock up because I start my next cake decorating class this week!!
Speaking of Kim and her blog, Gluten-Free is Life, you really should subscribe to her blog. Kim is my go-to source for a lot of gluten-free product and restaurant reviews. I do not do near the volume of reviews that Kim does since my blog is mostly recipe based. Kim also writes the gluten-free column for the Columbus (Ohio) version of the Examiner. Kim also now writes for Celiac-Disease.com! And I thought I was busy…
Getting back on track…
I also found some cute little pepperoni’s!
Okay, it is not exactly a “healthy” food choice… so we will be using it as a once a week treat, rather than an everyday staple!
The Hormel Pepperoni Mini’s come in a 17-ounce package at Costco and cost $6.79 each. I bought a couple and put them in my deep freezer to thaw out as needed!
Now if only I could find the Hormel Pepperoni Mini’s in the Snack Pacs!
