Hey Heather,

Thank you for the heads up, apparently the link was moved over to the Heinz website so I updated the link. Also, the last time I checked, the Ore-Ida fries that are gluten-free are labeled as such on the package, so just double check before you buy them.

Jonnice,

I understand completely how difficult of an adjustment this lifestyle change can be! The thing to remember is that this will be harder on you than it will be on your son. You have a lifetime of memories and taste preferences towards food that your son does not have yet, so being diagnosed at 22 months is a gift. Your son will grow up knowing nothing else, so his food will always be 'normal' to him. :-D

Hugs,

My little son-22mo-was just diagnosed with celiac. It's been difficult for us as parents, but seeing him get better now that we are gluten-free is wonderful!! Thanks for all the time you must spend on your website. It is soooo helpful!! Especially when he gets older and understands that we don't eat what everyone else eats--hopefully he will like all the alternatives!!
