Nancy, as a BIG THANK YOU for turning me on to the Pie Crust Maker, showing me how to use a saucepan lid to cut out perfect dough circles but most of all, for all of your support. I would really like to give you a bag of Tom Sawyer GF Flour to try. :-) I will email you directly on the details.

Thanks...........Sure would be nice to be able to shop at one store and get all the GOOD products, but guess that is too much to ask. When I win the lottery (after I remember to buy a ticket) maybe I will set up a store like that.........HA dont wait for that to happen. I am too old to want to work that hard, so instead will just run around and find the products we like. Keep up the good work on the blog. Always look forward to checking it out to see what is going to make my mouth water. Going to try your flour tortilla recipe today. I haven't tried the Tom Sawyer flour, seems rather expensive, but maybe would be worth it.

Hi Nancy!! I buy my Superfine flours (White Rice, Brown Rice, Sweet Rice and Sorghum through Authentic Foods online. http://authenticfoods.com/products/item/36/Superf...
I wonder if we could get James at R. Downs to start carrying it locally like he did with Tom Sawyer's GF flour. Maybe I will go visit my buddy James tomorrow! :-)

Isn't the lid cutter hilarious? I got the idea from the same lady that introduced me to the Pie Crust Maker. She uses this same method to make the top layer of her pie crusts! I actually just got Nancy's pie crust recipe yesterday so I think I am going to go for it, it will still have an "ugly edge" though, I cannot crimp to save my life! LOL!

Let me know how the tortillas turn out for you!
