My grandma's friend always gave her a HUGE platter of baked goods they made at Christmas time. As a kid, I always loved it when she brought it out and let us have a few treats. My favorites were always the butterscotch haystacks. I've been gluten free for two Christmases now. I've perfected my grandpa's sugar cookie recipe to gluten free, but I'm craving the haystacks this year!
